Hello, world

I've lately been feeling bad for my best bud, Gus. Yesterday I didn't take him to the park, Ed and I went on an impromptu date which resulted in him being home alone for a few hours, and today has been pretty rainy.  Gus hates the rain.  As a consolation prize, I let him be in today's photo shoot.  We even match.

I promise he's happier than he looks.  He's a basset hound, he always seems kind of sad (or stoned).

See, he's happy!  Oh no wait, that's me.

Ok, so maybe he didn't like it so much.  But I do think we can use this gem as our next holiday card:
